摘　　要：对基于成果导向的高职市政工程技术专业课、训、证一体化人才培养模式进行研究。从培养目标、课程体系、教学制度、教学组织形式、教学评价方式这几方面分析了课、训、证一体化人才培养模式的主要内容。通过人才培养模式改革,学生专业技能得到明显提升,社会满意度得到显著提高。The research analyzes the integrated talent training mode of municipal engineering technology professional courses,training and certification based on achievement orientation.Then the research analyzes the main contents of the integrated talent training mode of course,training and certification from the following aspects,such as training objective,course system,teaching system,teaching organization form and teaching evaluation method.Through the reform of talent training mode,student’s professional skill and the social satisfaction have improved significantly.
