摘 要:以研究抗阻训练结合有氧运动提升大学生燃脂效率为目的。选取某大学超重或肥胖的30名在校男大学生为调查对象,依托等量原则随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组以常规有氧操训练为主,实验组由专业教练进行全程指导,采用抗阻训练与有氧运动相结合的训练方法。结果显示,调查前后,对照组没有显著性差异(P>0.05),实验组具有显著性差异(P<0.01),说明抗阻训练结合有氧运动有助于改善大学生肥胖体质,而且需要大学生长期有规律的坚持,改变不良生活习惯。In order to research the improvement of fat burning efficiency of college students through resistance training combined with aerobic exercise,30 overweight or obese male students in a college are selected,and they are divided into control group and experiment group according to the equivalent principle.Control group are mainly trained with routine aerobic exercise,and experiment group are guided with professional coach in the whole course.Resistance training combined with aerobic exercise is adopted.The results show that there is not statistically significant difference in control group before and after investigation(P>0.05),and there is statistically significant difference in experimental group(P<0.01).Resistance training combined with aerobic exercise is beneficial to improve obesity constitution of college students.It is necessary for college students to keep regularly in a long time,and change their unhealthy living habit.
