摘　　要：探讨了线上教学模式在高职人才培养中存在的问题与对策。分析了线上教学模式存在的问题,具体表现在教师授课面临巨大挑战,学生自主学习难,教学成效考核难度大。提出了线上教学模式在高职人才培养中的解决对策,应优化调整授课方式,引导学生建立良好的自主学习习惯,建立健全学习效果考核制度,进而最大限度地发挥线上教学的优势,充分调动学生的学习积极性,培养学生自主学习能力,弥补网上教学无法对学生实行有效监管的弊端,保障学生学习效果。The research analyzes the problems and countermeasures of online teaching mode in talent training in the higher vocational college.There is great challenge in teaching,student’s autonomous learning,and great difficulty in teaching efficiency examination.Countermeasures of online teaching mode in talent training of the higher vocational college are proposed,i.e.to optimize teaching method,guide students to establish good autonomous learning habit,and establish and perfect examination system of learning effect,in order to greatly play the advantage role of online teaching,fully mobilize student’s learning enthusiasm,train student’s autonomous learning ability,make up the disadvantages of ineffective monitoring of students in the process of online teaching,and guarantee student’s learning effect.
