互联网时代下高校法学教学改革问题与对策

摘　　要：为提升高校法学教学质量和水平,对互联网时代下高校法学教学改革问题与对策进行探讨。论述了高校法学教学改革工作的促进作用,体现在能够帮助高校进一步完善相应的课程教学模式,能够为高校法学教育工作提供丰富的教学信息资源。分析了高校法学教学过程中存在的问题,具体为忽视实践能力与综合创造能力的培养与提升,教学方式单一、缺乏灵活性,忽视关联性学科的作用。提出了高校法学教学改革对策,应科学构建与时代发展相适应的知识体系,加强师资力量建设,构建高素质、高水准的专业化教师人才队伍,合理整合法学教育资源,构建具有多元化特色的课堂教学模式,进而提升法学教学质量和水平,确保法学课程改革成效,为促进我国高校未来法学教育的发展提供理论与实践基础。In order to improve the quality and level of law teaching of the university,the research explores the reform of law teaching reform of the university in the internet era and the countermeasures;discusses the promotion function of law teaching reform,which reflects in the assistance of further perfecting the corresponding course teaching model to provide rich teaching information resource for law teaching of the university;analyzes the problems in law teaching process,which are the neglect of the cultivation and promotion of practical ability and comprehensive creativity ability,simple teaching method and lack of flexibility,and neglect of the function of related disciplines.The countermeasures of law teaching reform of the university are proposed.It is suggested to scientifically construct the knowledge system which is suitable for era development,strengthen teaching staff construction,establish high-quality and standard professional teaching staff team,rationally integrate law teaching resource,and construct diversified and characteristic course teaching model,in order to promote law teaching quality and level,ensure the efficiency of law course reform,and lay theoretical and practical basis for the development of law teaching in the future in China.
