高职基础护理实训室建设与管理策略分析

摘　　要：对高职基础护理实训室建设与管理策略进行讨论。目前,部分高职院校实训室设备陈旧,师资力量相对不足,实训室管理制度缺乏,实训考评制度不健全,实训课程教学方式单一。高职院校应加大实训室资金投入,健全管理制度,加强师资队伍建设,设立科学的考评制度,完善课程设置,丰富教学模式,旨在培养出更多的综合型护理专业人才,为护理专业的健康良好发展打下坚实基础。The research discusses the construction and management strategy of basic nursing training room in the higher vocational college.At present,the facilities in the training room in some higher vocational college are old,teacher resources are relatively insufficient,management system of the training room is lack,training examination and evaluation system is imperfect,and teaching method of training course is simple.Higher vocational college should increase the investment of the training room perfect management system,strengthen teaching staff construction,establish scientific examination and evaluation system,perfect course provision,and enrich teaching mode,in order to train more comprehensive nursing professional talents,and lay solid foundation for healthy and good development.
