基于高校心理辅导视角构建高校和谐宿舍人际关系体系研究

摘　　要：探讨了基于高校心理辅导视角的高校和谐宿舍人际关系体系构建策略。概述了高校学生宿舍人际关系的特点,分别为人员分配随机性、人员比较集中、人员活动较多。分析了高校学生宿舍人际关系问题产生的原因,表现在产生冲突的因素较多,无法进行有效的自我调节,学习任务过重产生的压力。提出了心理辅导与高校宿舍人际关系体系构建策略,应建立科学的宿舍分配体系,加强学生的心理辅导工作,提升宿舍的硬件条件,营造良好的宿舍环境,使学生能够在良好的宿舍环境中健康和谐地学习和生活。The research explores the strategies of the construction of harmonious dormitory interpersonal relationship system from the perspective of psychological counseling in colleges and universities;and summarizes the characteristics of dormitory interpersonal relationship in colleges and universities,such as randomness of personnel assignment,relative personnel concentration,and more personnel activities.Then the causes of dormitory interpersonal relationship are analyzed,which reflects in many factors,being unable to make effective self-control,and too much stress caused by learning tasks.Strategies of the construction of psychological guidance and dormitory interpersonal relationship system in colleges and universities are proposed,to establish scientific dormitory distribution system,strengthen student’s psychological guidance,improve dormitory hardware conditions,and create good dormitory atmosphere,in order to make students learn and live in good dormitory environment.
