摘  要:为解决传统机电系统在对直线伺服电机控制时存在控制时间与规定标准时间长差较大问题,开展基于非线性状态观测器的直线伺服电机机电系统设计研究。通过非线性状态观测器选型、伺服运动控制卡选型等硬件设计和直线伺服电机运行控制流程设计、直线伺服电机控制信号拟合等软件设计,提出一种全新的机电系统。通过对比实验进一步验证得出,新的机电系统与传统机电系统相比,在实际应用中能够确保在各个工位动作上的时间与规定标准时间一致,控制精度更高。In order to solve the problem of large difference between the control time and the specified standard time in the control of linear servo motor in traditional electromechanical system,the design research of linear servo motor electromechanical system based on nonlinear state observer is carried out.A new electromechanical system is proposed through hardware design such as nonlinear state observer selection,servo motion control card selection,linear servo motor operation control flow design,linear servo motor control signal fitting and so on.Compared with the traditional electromechanical system,the new electromechanical system can ensure that the time in each station action is consistent with the specified standard time in practical application,and the control precision is higher.
