邬氏消托补方治疗复发性生殖器疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨邬氏“消托补方”治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效及对CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)T细胞、IL-2和IFN-r水平的影响。方法90例复发性生殖器疱疹患者随机分为邬氏消托补方组(观察组)与盐酸伐昔洛韦组(对照组)。治疗2个月、随访3个月,比较治疗前后患者局部症状体征、全身伴随症状、复发频次、生活质量、临床疗效及复发率,同时检测CD4\CD8^(+)T细胞及IL-2和IFN-r等指标结果除局部症状体征外,观察组全身伴随症状、复发频次、生活质量指标评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率(89.0%)与对照组(68.9%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率(22.9%)低于对照组(59.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)T细胞及IL-2和IFN-r水平均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论邬氏消托补方能提高生殖器疱疹患者CD4^(+)、CD8"T细胞、IL-2和IFN-r的表达水平,邬氏消托补方治疗复发性生殖器疱療临床疗效显著,且明显降低复发率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wu's"Xiao Tuo Bu Fang"on recurrent Herpes simplex and its influence on the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+)T cells,IL-2 and IFN-r.Methods 90 patients with recurrent Herpes simplex were randomly divided into Wu's"Xiao Tuo Bu Fang"(treatment group)and Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Group(control group).After 2 months of treatment and 3 months of follow-up,the improvement of local clinical symptoms and signs,systemic concomitant symptoms,recurrence frequency and quality of life were compared,and the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were statistically analyzed,at the same time,the expression levels of CD4,CD8^(+)T cells,IL-2 and IFN-r were detected.Results In addition to local clinical symptoms and signs,The systemic concomitant symptoms,recurrence frequency and quality of life of treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.0%,which was significantly different from that of the control group(68.9%)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group(22.9%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(59.3%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+)T cells,IL-2 and IFN-r were significantly higher in the treatment group before and after Treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Wu's"Xiao Tuo Bu Fang"can increase the expression of CD4,CD8^(+)T cells,IL-2 and IFN-r in patients with Heq^es Simplex Syndrome.Wu's"Xiao Tuo Bu Fang"has a significant clinical effect in treating recurrent Herpes simplex syndrome,and significantly reduces the recurrence rate.
