摘 要:目的调查乳腺癌患者营养状况及对营养知识的需求,并分析影响因素方法应用患者自评-主观全面评定量表(PG-SGA)对133例乳腺癌患者进行营养状况评估,并对其采用自制问卷进行营养知识的需求调查及影响因素分析:结果乳腺癌患者中营养不良的发生率为15.01%,超重发生率为26.32%,PG-SGA得分与患者营养知识认知情况(rs=-0.235,P=0.007)、患病时间(rs=-0.196,P=0.023)具有相关性;乳腺癌患者对营养知识需求较高,根据多元线性回归方程,患者年龄、月收入、化疗情况、认知情况是影响患者对营养知识需求程度的主要因素结论乳腺癌出院患者仍存在营养风险,且对营养知识需求较高,医护人员应长期关注乳腺癌患者的营养状况,针对性、多样化开展营养知识宣教,满足患者的需求,从而提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the nutritional st«itus of breast cancer patients and their need for nutrition knowledge,and analyze related factors.Methods Using the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment Scale(PG-SGA)to assess the nutritional status of 133 breast cancer patients,and a self-made questionnaire was used to survey the nutritional knowledge needs And related factors.Results The incidence of malnutrition in breast cancer patients was 15.01%,the rate of overweight was 26.32%,and the PG-SGA score was correlated with patients'knowledge of nutritional knowledge(rs=-0.235,P-0.007)and illness time(rs=-0.196,P=0.023).Patients with breast cancer had a high demand for nutrition knowledge,according to the multiple linear regression equation,the patient's age,monthly income,chemotherapy status,and cognitive status were the main factors.iffecting the degree of patients'need for nutrition knowledge.Conclusions Breast cancer patients still suffer from malnutrition and have a high demand for nutrition knowledge.Medical staff should p.iy attention to the long-time nutritional status of breast cancer patients,provide targeted and diversified nutrition knowledge education to meet the needs of patients,thereby improving the patient's quality of life.
