摘　　要：面品质量问题是影响白车身品质的核心因素,包括A、B级面面品及顾客感知度较高的内板可视区域的品质,通过分析归纳导致冲压件面品问题的模具结构,验证成形工艺的改善能控制成形制件面品质量。The problem of surface quality was the core factor that affects the quality of body in white,including A and B grade surface quality and the quality of the visible area of the inner plate with high customer perception.Through the analysis and induction of the structural design of stamping parts,it was verified that the improvement of forming process could control the surface quality.
