摘 要:某新型燃氢微型燃气轮机作为电动汽车增程器,综合了其高效率低排放的特点,燃烧室作为核心部件之一,其性能直接影响整个系统的效能。针对系统要求的燃烧室结构,通过SolidWords对燃烧室结构建模,并以Fluent进行仿真。为使燃烧室达到最佳性能,比较了不同氢/空气当量比下的燃烧火焰和NO分布情况,着重研究了燃烧温度对于NO形成的影响以及燃烧效率和出口处NO排放特性之间的关系,结果表明:在当量比为0.4〜0.6时,燃烧效率可达到98.71%〜99.04%,出口处NO质量浓度保持在5.36 ppm〜20.22 ppm。所得结果对于该燃烧室的进一步设计以及其他微型燃气轮机燃烧室的设计都具有指导意义。As a range extender for electric vehicles,a new type of hydrogen-fired micro gas turbine combines its characteristics of high efficiency and low emissions.As one of the core components,the performance of the combustion chamber directly affects the efficiency of the entire system.According to the combustion chamber structure required by the system,the combustion chamber structure is modeled by SolidWords and simulated by Fluent.In order to achieve the best performance of the combustion chamber,the combustion flame and NO distribution under different hydrogen/air equivalence ratios were compared,and the influence of combustion temperature on the formation of NO and the relationship between combustion efficiency and NO emission characteristics at the outlet were studied.The results show that when the equivalent ratio is 0.4 to 0.6,the combustion efficiency can reach 98.71%to 99.04%,and the mass concentration of NO at the outlet is maintained at 5.36 ppm to 20.22 ppm.The results obtained have guiding significance for the further design of the combustor and the design of other micro gas turbine combustor.
