摘　　要：汽车产业正处于颠覆性变革时代,结合汽车产业发展战略谋划未来人才培养尤为重要。文章系统梳理了汽车产业变革的特点、传统车企面临的挑战及未来汽车产业链的变化趋势,并根据汽车产业的变革进程,分析了产业对人才的需求,提出汽车行业高校学科专业布局的思考,为我国未来汽车产业人才培养的研究提供有益参考。The automobile industry is in an era of subversive transformation,and it is particularly important to plan for future talent training in combination with its development strategy.This paper systematically combs the characteristics of the transformation of the automobile industry,the challenges faced by the traditional automobile enterprises and the changing trend of the future automobile industry chain,and analyzes the demand of the industry for talents according to the transformation process of the automobile industry,and puts forward the thinking of the discipline and specialty layout of the automobile industry colleges and universities,so as to provide a useful reference for the research on the cultivation of automobile talents in China.
