摘　　要：酶制剂是一种新型绿色饲料添加剂,对促进动物饲料消化、调节体内代谢平衡、提高养分降解率、保护生态环境、疾病预防和促进动物健康等方面有着重要作用。本文主要从酶制剂对反刍动物瘤胃发酵、营养物质消化率、生产性能的影响以及酶制剂作用机理等方面进行了综述,旨在为反刍动物饲粮中酶制剂的使用提供科学依据。Enzyme preparation is a new kind of green feed additive,which plays an important role in promoting animal feed digestion,regulating metabolic balance,improving nutrient degradation rate,protecting ecological environment,preventing diseases and promoting animal health.In this paper,the effects of enzyme preparation on rumen fermentation,nutrient digestibility and production performance of ruminants and the mechanism of enzyme preparation were reviewed.The purpose of this study was to provide scientific basis for the use of enzyme preparation in ruminant diet.
