镁铁酸盐的低温湿化学合成及电化学性质探究

摘  要:采用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶法以尿素为燃料制备立方相的镁铁酸盐纳米颗粒。XRD和XPS分析表明,镁铁酸盐是空间群为Fd-3m(227)的MgFe_(2)O_(4),且镁铁酸盐中不含其他任何杂质,仅包含Mg、Fe和O 3种元素。SEM结果显示,镁铁酸盐的颗粒近似呈球形,且颗粒间无粘连团聚现象,平均颗粒尺寸约为90 nm。镁铁酸盐的L^(*)值为78.23,a^(*)值为23.11,b^(*)值为41.52,光学带隙值为2.06 eV,是一种潜在的棕色颜料。阻抗谱、模特肖特基图分析发现,镁铁酸盐的导带电位和价带电位分别约为-0.026 V和2.034 V。Cubic phase magnesium ferrite nanoparticles were prepared by a modified polyacrylamide gel method using urea as fuel.XRD and XPS analysis showed that the magnesium ferrate was MgFe_(2)O_(4) with space group FD-3m (227),and there were no other impurities in the magnesium ferrate,only containing Mg,Fe and O elements.The SEM results showed that the particles of magnesium ferrite were approximately spherical,and there was no adhesion and agglomeration among the particles,and the average particle size was about 90 nm.The L^(*),a^(*),b^(*)and optical band gap(Eg) values of magnesium ferrite were 78.23,23.11,41.52 and 2.06 eV,respectively,indicating that it was a potential brown pigment.The results of impedance spectroscopy and Mott-Schottky diagram showed that the conduction band potential and valence band potential of the magnesium ferrite were about-0.026 V and 2.034 V,respectively.
