摘  要:目的分析我国军事医学教育中案例教学法(case based learning, CBL)应用和研究现状,明晰其研究趋势与热点,为持续优化教学模式,提升实案化训练水平提供参考。方法通过系统检索中国知网、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库自建库至2021-01-15日收录的关于我国军事医学教育中CBL应用的相关文献,采用文献计量学分析法探讨应用现状及趋势。结果最终纳入55篇文献进行分析,2016年发文量最多;文献数量排名前三的杂志分别是《卫生职业教育》、《解放军医院管理杂志》、《心脏杂志》;三所军医大学发文占比最高,其中又以海军军医大学(第二军医大学)发文量居首;49.09%的文献获基金项目资助;研究类型以解释性研究(49.09%)和探索性研究(43.64%)居多;主要用在学历教育和任职培训中,广泛应用于临床医学、军队医院管理等多个学科门类;将案例教学法与其他教学方法相结合成为近年来研究的热点。结论 CBL在我国军事医学教育中的应用仍处于探索阶段,形式还不够丰富,今后研究可通过丰富典型案例、优化实施流程、融合先进手段、创新CBL模式,提升我军卫勤保障实案化训练与实战化演练水平。Objective To analyze the present situation of case based learning(CBL) in Chinese military medicine teaching, clarify its research trend and hot spots, which can provide a reference for continuously optimizing teaching mode and improving the training level of practical training. Methods The papers related to CBL used in Chinese military medicine teaching were retrieved in China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI), VIP and Chinese BioMedical literature database on disc(CBMdisc) from the establishment of databases to January 15, 2021, then bibliometric analysis was used to explore the present situation and research trend. Results A total of 55 papers were included, and the number of papers issued reached the peak in 2016.The top 3 journals were health vocational education, hospital adiministration journal of Chinese people’s liberation army and Chinese heart journal.Three military medical universities issued the highest proportion, among which naval military medical university(the second military medical university) ranked first. A tatal of 49.09% papers were provided with fund assistance, the researches mainly conducted as explanatory research(49.09%) and exploratory research(43.64%), which mainly used in academic education and job training, widely used in clinical medicine, military hospital management and other disciplines.The combination of case teaching method and other teaching methods had become a hot topic in recent years. Conclusion The application of CBL in military medical education in China is still exploring, and the form is not rich enough. In the future, the research can improve the level of practical training and actual combat training by enriching typical cases, optimizing the implementation process, integrating advanced means and innovating CBL mode.
