摘 要:为解决微机电系统中执行器的非接触式远程控制问题,本文主要对电纺制备Fe_(3)O_(4)/PVA磁性人工肌肉及其性能进行研究。采用静电纺丝技术,制备出具有磁性的Fe_(3)O_(4)/PVA复合纳米纤维,并通过卷曲和绞制操作,进一步制得纳米绳索。同时,利用综合物理性质测量系统(PPMS-VSM),对制备的Fe_(3)O_(4)/PVA复合纳米纤维进行磁性表征,并采用Matlab软件进行仿真计算,利用有限元方法模拟了永磁体周围的磁场分布。实验结果表明,所制备的Fe_(3)O_(4)/PVA复合纳米纤维具有超顺磁性,表现出对磁场的响应特性,说明,Fe_(3)O_(4)/PVA纳米绳索可应用于人工肌肉执行器,且该人工肌肉的反应随着磁场的增加而迅速增加,但该人工肌肉受力不均匀。通过分析磁体周围的磁场梯度变化,解释了力随着磁场的增加而增加的现象。该研究为微纳米人工肌肉的进一步研究提供了理论依据。In order to solve the problem of non-contact and long-range control of actuators in MEMS,Fe_(3)O_(4)/PVA composite nanofibers with magnetic properties were prepared by electrospinning technology.And nanoropes were further prepared by crimping and twisting operations.The magnetic properties of Fe_(3)O_(4)/PVA composite nanofibers were characterized by PPMS-VSM.Matlab software was used for simulation calculation.The magnetic field distribution around the permanent magnet was simulated by the finite element method.The experimental results show that the Fe_(3)O_(4)/PVA composite nanofibers have superparamagnetism and show the response to magnetic field.Therefore,Fe_(3)O_(4)/PVA nanoropes can be used in artificial muscle actuator,and the reaction of the artificial muscle increases rapidly with the increase of magnetic field.At the same time,it is found that the force on the artificial muscle is not uniform.By analyzing the magnetic field gradient around the magnet,the phenomenon that the force increases with the increase of the magnetic field is explained.
