摘 要:针对某制氧厂两端、四级、四次冷却离心式空气增压压缩机噪声问题,本文对离心式压缩机噪声进行了测试分析与治理研究。采用近场测量,配合声压、声阵列成像及声强测量方法,确定了压缩机的噪声声压级、声强级大小、频谱特性及其主要噪声辐射部位。同时,根据设备噪声以中高频为主的特性,设计了带有消声器的复合隔声罩,对设备噪声进行治理。声压测量结果可知,增压压缩机噪声呈宽频带特性,连续等效A声级最高达118.5 dB(A),峰值频率为2.5 kHz。研究结果结果表明,该增压机最大噪声辐射位置为增压压缩机一级压缩器蜗壳及排气管道处,而声强测量结果与声阵列成像结果一致,声强级最高为111.8 dB,声强频谱图与声压频谱图具有一致性;加装隔声罩后,设备隔声罩1 m处的总降噪量为29.5 dB(A),降噪后的设备噪声符合国家标准。该研究为相关设备噪声测量分析及治理提供了理论参考。Aiming at the noise problem of centrifugal air booster compressor with two ends,four stages and four times cooling in an oxygen plant,the noise of centrifugal compressor is tested,analyzed and treated in this paper.By means of near field measurement,sound pressure,sound array imaging and sound intensity measurement,the noise sound pressure level,sound intensity level,spectrum characteristics and the main noise radiation positions of the compressor are determined.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the equipment noise mainly in the medium and high frequency,a compound sound insulation cover with muffler is designed to control the noise of the equipment.The sound pressure measurement results show that the noise of the pressurized compressor is of broadband characteristics,the maximum continuous equivalent A sound level is 118.5 dB(A),and the peak frequency is 2.5 kHz.The results of acoustic array measurement show that the maximum noise radiation location of the supercharger is the volute of the first compressor and the exhaust pipe of the supercharger compressor.The sound intensity measurement results are consistent with the sound array imaging results,the highest sound intensity level is 111.8 dB,and the sound intensity spectrum is consistent with the sound pressure spectrum.After installing the sound insulation cover,the total noise reduction at 1m of the equipment′s sound insulation cover is 29.5 dB(A),and the noise of the equipment after noise reduction meets the national standard.This study provides a theoretical reference for noise measurement,analysis and control of related equipment.
