摘 要:为高效、经济地解决稠油管输中稠油黏度高的问题,通过开展胜利油田陈庄区块稠油乳化降黏室内实验研究,优选出了由油酸钠和司盘复配制得的HLB=15的乳化降黏剂,评价了乳化降黏剂加量、乳化温度、连续相体积分数等因素对乳化降黏效果的影响。实验结果表明,在乳化降黏剂加量为1%(质量分数)和乳化温度为55℃时具有最佳的乳化降黏效果,乳状液的转相点含水率最低可达10%~15%。In order to efficiently and economically solve the problem of high viscosity of heavy oil dur-ing heavy oil pipeline transportation,a laboratory experiment of viscosity reduction by emulsification of heavy oil in Chenzhuang block of Shengli Oilfield is carried out.The emulsifier viscosity reducer HLB=15,which is made of sodium oleate and span,is selected,and the effects of the dosage of emulsifier viscosity reducer,emulsification temperature,volume fraction of continuous phase on the viscosity re-duction by emulsification are evaluated in this article.The experimental results show that the best emulsi-fication viscosity reduction effect is obtained when the dosage of the emulsifier viscosity reducer is 1%wt and the emulsification temperature is 55℃.The water content of the emulsion at the phase transition point can be as low as 10%~15%.
