摘　　要：目的:探讨高密度多孔聚乙烯片治疗眼眶骨折的疗效探讨。方法:从我院选取2019年5月-2020年9月收治的眼眶骨折患者40例,应用数字列表法随机分为2组,每组20例,对照组应用常规治疗,观察组应用高密度多孔聚乙烯片治疗。结果:治疗后不同时间点眼压水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后各个时间点视网膜厚度对比,观察组均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用高密度多孔聚乙烯片对眼眶骨折的治疗过程当中,对患者的眼眶治疗有明显改善效果,可在临床上推广应用。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of high density porous polyethylene tablets in the treatment of orbital fracture.Methods:^patients with orbital fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into two groups by numerical list method,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the research group was treated with high-density porous polyethylene tablets.Results:The IOP level at different time points after treatment was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The study group was significantly lower than the control group at each time point after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of tigh-density porous polyethylene tablets in the treatment of orbital fractures has a significant improvement in the treatment of patients with orbital fractures,and can be popularized in clinical application.
