摘　　要：完成“立德树人”根本任务,为民族复兴大业培养一批批社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,是新时代高校党建工作的重中之重。民办高校思想政治理论课教师作为党思想理论的宣讲者,要有“为党育人、为国育才”的大情怀,积极关注并主动融入学生党建工作,在学生党员培养、教育、管理等各阶段的工作实践和理论研究上应该并可以大有作为。建立和完善思想政治理论课教师深度融入学生党建工作的体制机制,对于民办高校改进学生党建工作以及提高大学生的思想政治素质具有切实意义。To fulfill the fundamental task of“cultivating people with virtue”and to foster batches of socialist builders and successors for the great cause of national rejuvenation should be regarded as the top priority of party construction work in universities in the new era.The teachers of ideological and political theory course in private universities,as the propagators of the party’s ideology and theory,should entertain the great feelings of“cultivating people for the party,and cultivating talents for the country”,and actively pay attention to and integrate into the party building work of students.They should do a good job in the practical and theoretical research on various stages of work concerning the cultivation,education,and management of student party members.It is necessary to establish and complete the mechanism for teachers of ideological and political theory course to integrate in-depth into the students’party construction work,which is of realistic significance to improve students’party construction work in private universities and to improve the ideological and political quality of college students.
