摘　　要：目的:编制适合对我国社区居民进行基础生命支持现状调查的问卷,并进行信效度检验分析。方法:以知信行理论为理论框架,通过查阅文献、相关专业人员访谈、专家函询的方式,结合国内现有的心肺复苏相关问卷,编制社区居民基础生命支持初始调查问卷。对南通某社区中153名社区居民进行问卷调查,进行问卷信效度检验。结果:本问卷共包含3个维度24个条目。问卷内部一致性Cronbach′sα系数为0.719,重测信度为0.707,各子问卷的Cronbach′sα系数均大于0.700;问卷各条目的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.896~1.000,问卷的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.968。探索性因子分析提取特征值大于1的公因子共3个,累计方差贡献率为63.209%。结论:本问卷信效度良好,适合对我国社区居民进行基础生命支持的现状调查。Objective:To develop a questionnaire suitable for the investigation of basic life support status of Chinese community residents and analyze its reliability and validity.Methods:The primary questionnaire for basic life support of community residents based on the theoretical framework of KABP model was constructed through literature review,interviews with relevant professionals and expert consultation,combined with existing domestic questionnaires for cardio pulmonary resuscitation.A questionnaire survey of153 residents in a community in Nantong was conducted.Consistency and validity of the questionnaire were tested.Results:The basic life support questionnaire for community residents consisted of 3 dimensions and 24 items.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the overall questionnaire was 0.719,the retest reliability was 0.707,Cronbach′sαcoefficient of each questionnaire were greater than 0.700.The content validity index of each item(I-CVI)of the questionnaire ranged from 0.896 to 1.000,and the content validity index of the questionnaire(S-CVI)was 0.968.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors with eigen values greater than 1,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 63.209%.Conclusion:The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for the investigation of basic life support status of Chinese community residents.
