摘　　要：在世界经济新旧动能转换的趋势下,独角兽企业成为探寻新兴市场发展路径的关键,是推动经济高质量发展的重要支撑。本文从独角兽企业与新经济和高新技术产业的联系出发,基于近年来各省市区独角兽企业的现状和发展趋势,运用SPSS软件对高新技术产业的人才、技术、设施、经费等相关指标进行主成分分析,构建主成分综合评价模型,得出高新技术产业发展环境的综合得分,进而对独角兽企业的生存环境作出综合评价,为政府制定相关扶持独角兽企业长期持续发展的政策提供切实依据。Under the trend of the transformation of new and old momentum in the world economy,unicorn enterprises have become the key to explore the development path of emerging markets and an important support to promote high-quality economic development.Starting from the relationship between unicorn enterprises and new economy and high-tech industry,and based on the current situation and development trend of unicorn enterprises in various provinces,cities and autonomous regions in recent years,this paper uses SPSS software to analyze the talent,technology,facilities,funds and other related indexes of high-tech industry,constructs the principal component comprehensive evaluation model,and obtains the comprehensive score of the development environment of high-tech industry.Then it makes a comprehensive evaluation of the living environment of unicorn enterprises,and provides a practical basis for the government to formulate relevant policies to support the long-term sustainable development of unicorn enterprises.
