摘　　要：以温病学说为核心内涵的吴门医派是中医学术界的重要流派,太仓吴门中医陆继进遗留的宝贵医案资料亟需整理。陆氏医案书写有特色,施治外感热病经验丰富,理法方药一线贯通,思路清晰,在学术特点上与吴门医派大家一脉相承,可谓吴门医派医家之缩影。Wu’medical school,with the febrile disease theory as its core connotation,it is an important school in the academic field in TCM.The valuable medical records left by Lu Jijin from Wu’medical school in Taicang need to be sorted out urgently.TCM practitioner Lu Jijin’s medical records are distinctive,and he has rich experience in treating exogenous febrile diseases.His theory,method,prescription and medicine are connected with each other,and his ideas are clear.In terms of academic characteristics,Lu Jijin’s medical records can be described as the epitome of Wu’medical school.
