张建平运用“三焦共敛”法治疗原发性多汗症

摘　　要：原发性多汗症虽并非危及生命的器质性病变,但是严重影响患者的生活质量。西医治疗原发性多汗症方法多样,但不良反应明显,手术治疗则伴有多项并发症。张建平主任医师从整体论治,认为汗出异常应责之于上中下三焦,提倡调和阴阳,标本兼顾,运用“三焦共敛”法治疗原发性多汗症,上焦紫菀、百部收敛肺气,中焦补骨脂、肉豆蔻敛脾胃之气,下焦桑螵蛸、鸡内金敛肾气,善用虫类药,妙用鸡内金,为中医治疗原发性多汗症提供新思路。Although primary hyperhidrosis is not a life-threatening organic disease,it seriously affects life quality of patients.Western medicine contains various methods for treating primary hyperhidrosis,but the adverse reactions are obvious.Surgical treatment is accompanied by many complications.Chief Physician Zhang Jianping believed that abnormal sweating should be attributed to triple energizer,and advocated reconciling Yin(阴)and Yang(阳),and focusing on both manifestation and root cause of disease.Ziyuan(Asters)and Baibu(radix stemonae)are used to converge Qi(气)in the lung of upper energizer,Buguzhi(scurfpea fruit)and Rou Doukou(nutmeg)are used to converge Qi in the spleen and stomach of middle energizer,Sang Piaoxiao(mantis egg-box)and Ji’neijin(endothelium corneum gigeriae galli)are used to converge Qi in the kidney of lower energizer.Chief Physician Zhang Jianping makes good use of insect medicines and Ji’neijin,and provides new ideas for treating primary hyperhidrosis in TCM.
