毛果芸香碱滴眼液辅助超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼患者的临床效果及视力恢复情况探究

摘　　要：目的探讨毛果芸香碱滴眼液辅助超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼患者的临床效果及视力恢复情况。方法选取本院2017年12月至2019年12月收治的78例闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,采用奇偶数法分为两组,每组39例。对照组采用超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合毛果芸香碱滴眼液治疗,比较两组治疗效果、视力、眼压及前方深度及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.44%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组眼压、视力水及前房深度比较差异无统计学意义;治疗3个月后,观察组眼压低于对照组,视力高于对照组,前房深度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论闭角型青光眼患者采用毛果芸香碱滴眼液辅助超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗效果显著,可明显提高患者的视力水平,控制眼压,提高前房深度,且未明显增加并发症,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect and vision recovery of pilocarpine eye drops assisted phacoemulsification combined with angle separation in the treatment of patients with angle-closure glaucoma.Methods 78 patients with angle-closure glaucoma admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups using the odd and even number method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with angle separation,and the observation group was treated with pilocarpine eye drops on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior depth and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than 79.49%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference in intraocular pressure,visual acuity and anterior chamber depth between the two groups was not statistically significant;after 3 months of treatment,the intraocular pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the visual acuity was higher than that of the control group,and the depth of the anterior chamber was greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment of angle-closure glaucoma patients with pilocarpine eye drops assisted phacoemulsification combined with angle separation can significantly improve the patient's visual acuity,control intraocular pressure,and increase the depth of the anterior chamber.There is no significant increase in complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion application.
