摘  要:固有刚性轴方位是半球谐振子振动性能参数的一个核心指标,其方位的精确标定对于谐振子质量平衡精度提升具有重要意义。利用矩阵逼近法将谐振子的径向振动分解为主驻波和辅驻波,从理论上论证了主驻波和辅驻波在圆周角和振动相位上的正交性,从而说明了谐振子节点振动和辅驻波之间的关系,进而设计了谐振子固有刚性轴方位的标定方案,即在谐振子上相隔22.5°的两个位置上分别进行静电激励,并测量二者各自的节点振幅,通过节点振幅的比值可以标定固有刚性轴的方位。数值仿真的结果表明:针对超低频率裂解(0.005 Hz以下)谐振子的固有刚性轴方位标定,所提出方法的理论辨识误差量级可达到10^(-12)度,此外,该测试方法的理论测试时长可控在100秒以内,与其他方法相比,在测试效率上有着较为明显的优势。The orientation of the inherent rigid axis is a core index of the vibration performance parameters of the hemispherical harmonic oscillator.The accurate calibration of its orientation is of great significance to improve the mass balance accuracy of the harmonic oscillator.The radial vibration of the harmonic oscillator is decomposed into the main standing wave and the auxiliary standing wave by using the matrix approximation method.The orthogonality of the main standing wave and the auxiliary standing wave in the circumferential angle and vibration phase is demonstrated theoretically,so as to explain the relationship between the node vibration and the auxiliary standing wave of the harmonic oscillator,and then the calibration scheme of the inherent rigid axis orientation of the harmonic oscillator is designed,That is,electrostatic excitation is carried out at two positions separated by 22.5°on the harmonic oscillator,and their respective node amplitudes are measured.The orientation of the inherent rigid axis can be calibrated by the ratio of node amplitudes.The results of numerical simulation show that for the inherent rigid axis orientation mark of ultra-low frequency splitting(below 0.005 Hz)harmonic oscillator,the theoretical identification error of the proposed method can reach 10^(-12) degrees.In addition,the theoretical test time of the proposed test method can be controlled within 100 seconds,which has obvious advantages in test efficiency compared with other methods.
