摘 要:集装箱码头吊装属高风险作业,往往会由于吊装设备以及人员操作等原因导致集装箱坠落事故。由于集装箱重量大,起吊高度高,其发生坠落时巨大的冲击动能会导致被撞船体板架结构产生严重的损伤变形,因此,在船体结构设计阶段需考虑甲板结构的耐撞性能。选取标准集装箱坠落于甲板的坠落场景进行研究,通过仿真计算得到甲板结构变形过程,进而确定其损伤变形模式,运用塑性力学理论,建立集装箱坠落冲击下板架结构损伤解析预报方法。此外,针对集装箱不同坠落状态,讨论了集装箱与甲板线接触和面接触时结构损伤变形情况。该研究成果对船体板架结构抗撞性能预报与评估具有一定指导意义。Container terminal hoisting is a high-risk operation,hoisting equipment and personnel operation may lead to container falling accidents.Due to heavy weight and high lifting height of container,its huge impact kinetic energy when container falls can cause serious damage and deformation of the impacted hull deck grillage structure.Therefore,the crashworthiness of deck structure should be considered in design stage of hull structure.Here,the scene of standard container falling on hull deck was studied.The deformation process of deck structure was obtained through simulation calculation to further determine deck structure damage deformation mode.Using the theory of plastic mechanics,the analytical prediction method for deck grillage structure damage under impact of container falling was established.In addition,aiming at different falling states of container,the deck structure damage deformation situation during container in line contact and surface one to deck were discussed.It was shown that the study results have a certain guiding significance for prediction and evaluation of anti-collision performance of hull deck grillage structure.
