摘  要:鉴于公交客车在相对固定的条件下使用,探究混合动力公交客车高压电气系统故障分布规律,有助于指导车辆的正确使用、周期维护和视情修理。在可靠性理论基础上,吸收启发式算法理论,基于初次故障数据,提出了一套混合动力公交客车高压电气系统故障分布规律研究方案。以西安市40路20辆混合动力公交客车为例,验证了该线路混合动力公交客车高压电气系统故障分布服从威布尔分布,且获得了对应的故障分布函数及表征可靠性寿命的特征参数。该故障分布规律研究方案同样适用于使用条件相对固定的其他道路运输车辆。In view of the fact that public transportation buses are used under relatively fixed conditions,exploring the failure distribution law in the high voltage electrical system of hybrid public transportation buses can help guide the correct use,periodic maintenance and repair of vehicles.On the basis of reliability theory,absorbing heuristic algorithm theory,and based on the first failure data,a set of research schemes on the failure distribution law of the high voltage electrical system of hybrid public transportation buses is proposed.Taking 20 hybrid buses on 40 roads in Xi′an as an example,it is verified that the fault distribution of the high voltage electrical system of the hybrid public transportation buses on this line obeys the Weibull distribution,and the corresponding fault distribution functions and characteristic parameters that characterize the reliability life are obtained.The research scheme of the failure distribution law is also applicable to other road transportation vehicles with relatively fixed usage conditions.
