摘  要:信号传导与转录激活因子-3(STAT3)是肝细胞间信号传导的重要转录因子,介导适应性反应、炎性反应、肝细胞增殖等,参与了多种肝病的发病过程。近年来,研究发现在多数肝病的发生、发展过程中细胞程序性坏死均充当着重要角色,STAT3介导的信号通路与该细胞死亡方式密切相关。该文将STAT3信号通路、细胞程序性坏死与肝病之间的研究作一综述。Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)is an important transcription factor for signal transduction between hepatocytes,which mediates multiple responses such as adaptive response,inflammatory response,and hepatocyte proliferation,participates in the pathogenesis of many liver diseases.Recent studies have found that the cellular programmed necrosis plays an important role in the occurrence and development of most liver diseases,the STAT3-mediated signaling pathway is closely related to this cell death mode.Therefore,this article reviews the researches in STAT3 signal pathway,celluolar programmed necrosis and liver disease.
