青少年问题行为的心理救助策略

摘　　要：青少年时期是人生发展的关键期,也是人生问题行为产生的高峰期。青少年由于生理和心理发展的相对不成熟及环境因素的不良影响,容易出现自卑、脆弱、悲观、懒惰、自傲、仇视、嫉妒、猜疑、冷漠、内向、虚伪、固执、敏感、攻击等各种问题行为。教育好青少年,干预青少年的问题行为并应该对其实施心理救助。青少年问题行为的心理救助策略包括自我意识的救助策略、人生观的救助策略、价值观的救助策略及性格品质的救助策略等。Adolescence is the key period of life development,and also the peak of life problem behavior.Due to the relative immaturity of physical and psychological development and the adverse influence of environmental factors,teenagers are prone to inferiority,vulnerability,pessimism,laziness,pride,hatred,jealousy,suspicion,indifference,introversion,hypocrisy,obstinacy,sensitivity,aggression and other problematic behaviors.In order to educate and intervene teenagers’problem behaviors,we should give them psychological assistance.The psychological assistance strategies of teenagers'problem behaviors include self-awareness,outlook on life,values and personality.
