摘　　要：随着“地沟油”案、牙防组织欺骗消费者案以及康辉石油漏油事件等一系列公益事件的发生,民事公益诉讼引起了学术界的极大关注。伴随着我国经济的发展,环境问题、食品安全问题引起政府的高度重视。立法者认为要在司法实践中逐步探索民事公益诉讼制度的主体,先行先试、先试先行。本文旨在以民事公益诉讼中的环境民事公益诉讼为落脚点,探讨环境民事公益诉讼中的原告资格问题,希望通过本文的研究,能对搭建和完善我国民事公益诉讼制度有所裨益。With the occurrence of a series of public welfare events such as“gutter oil”case,dental prevention organization cheating consumer’s case and Kanghui oil spill,civil public interest litigation has attracted great attention in the academic community.With the development of China's economy,the government attaches great importance to environmental problems and food safety problems.Legislators believe that we should gradually explore the subject of civil public interest litigation system in judicial practice.This paper aims to take the environmental civil public interest litigation in the civil public interest litigation as the foothold to explore the plaintiff qualification in the environmental civil public interest litigation.It is hoped that through this research,it can be beneficial to build and improve China's civil public interest litigation system.
