非遗视域下芜湖铁画锻制技艺的人才培养模式实践探索——以安徽机电职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：弘扬中华优秀传统文化,推进工业文化传承创新是振兴中国传统工艺的初心和使命。安徽机电职业技术学院以“现代学徒制”模式为主线,从建立人才培养机制、制定人才培养方案、创新团队建设、构建教学评价体系、建立实训教学基地等五个方面对铁画锻制技艺人才培养模式进行实践探索,为职业教育服务铁画传承创新开辟先河,助力徽派技艺的蓬勃发展。Anhui Vocational and Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Technology takes the“modern apprenticeship”model as its main line,and provides forging technical talents in iron painting from five aspects:establishing a talent training mechanism,formulating talent training plans,innovating team building,building a teaching evaluation system,and establishing a training teaching base.Practical exploration of the training model will set a precedent for the inheritance and innovation of iron paintings for vocational education and help the flourishing development of Huizhou skills.
