摘 要:黑格尔精神现象学中的苦恼意识,源于主奴关系中自我意识分裂为普遍性与个体性的二元化对立而不能实现自身统一所造成的痛苦。苦恼意识在理性环节经历自我意识的疯狂后发展为伦理意识,在精神环节经历了个体自我意识绝对自由的恐怖后诉求普遍性道德义务与特殊性自然感性意志之间和解的道德精神,继而在绝对精神环节中先是经过绝对宗教概念的发展实现实体与自我意识的和解,最后在绝对知识中达到对自我概念式理解的意识与自我意识统一中的自由的伦理世界。现代国家是自由的伦理理念的现实。The consciousness of distress in Hegel′s phenomenology of spirit stems from the pain caused by the split of self-consciousness into the dualistic opposition of universality and individuality without achieving its own unity in the relationship between master and slave.The consciousness of distress develops into ethics consciousness at the rational link after experiencing the madness of self consciousness,explores the moral spirit of reconciliation between universal moral obligation and special natural perceptual will in the spiritual link after experiencing the terror of absolute freedom of individual self-consciousness,then in absolute spirit link firstly achieves reconciliation between the entity and the self-consciousness after experiencing development of absolute religious concept,and finally,in the absolute knowledge,reaches the ethical world of freedom in the unity of the consciousness of the conceptual understanding of self and the self-consciousness.The modern state is the reality of the ethical concept of freedom.
