摘  要:偏心轮式抽油机换向机构中的套筒-长杆滑槽存在高副,其承载能力关系整机安全性及使用寿命,鉴于此,对其进行有限元接触分析。利用有限元分析套筒-长杆滑槽高副,采用折线法进行套筒母线修形,降低套筒两端的应力集中。有限元接触分析后表明,在套筒端部存在应力集中,采用折线法进行套筒母线修形后降低了套筒两端的应力集中,在实际加工生产该套筒时,设计其最佳接触线长度为0.495 m。同时,研究为后续结构优化提供了数据参考。In the reversing mechanism of eccentric wheel pumping unit,there is a high pair of sleeve-long rod chute,and its bearing capacity is related to the safety and service life of the whole machine.The finite element method was used to analyze the high pair of sleeve-long rod chute,and the broken line method was used to modify the sleeve busbar to reduce the stress concentration at both ends of the sleeve busbar.The finite element contact analysis shows that the stress concentration exists at the end of the sleeve,and the stress concentration at both ends of the sleeve was reduced after the sleeve busbar was modified by the broken line method.The optimum contact line length is 0.495 m when the sleeve is actually manufactured.At the same time,the research provides data reference for the subsequent structure optimization.
