摘　　要：本文对中国新能源企业在国际化投资经营中面对的境外法律风险进行了系统的梳理,从海外投资的深远影响及其理论研究出发,探索中国新能源企业境外投资法律风险的成因分析及识别途径,针对复杂多变的国际环境,从多个维度提出不同应对之策,为企业在进一步开展国际化投资经营中规避境外投资法律风险提供了参考和借鉴。This essay illustrates that Chinese new energy enterprises encounter international legal risks in the cross-border investment business activities,standing on the point of the significant influences of overseas investment and its theory study,exploring the origins and recognition of legal risks related to international investment for Chinese new energy enterprises.In terms of complicated and changeable international situation,this essay also proposes countermeasures from different perspectives,which provides reference and experience for Chinese new energy enterprises to expand international investment business and avoid legal risks in overseas investment.
