肌电生物反馈联合四肢联动训练在卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察肌电生物反馈联合四肢联动训练在卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年2月至2020年9月该院收治的112例卒中后偏瘫患者的临床资料,按康复疗法不同分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=56)。对照组给予四肢联动训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予肌电生物反馈。比较两组训练前后痉挛状态指数(CSI)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)以及生命质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分。结果:康复训练3个月后,观察组CSI评分低于对照组,BBS、FMA、MBI、GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌电生物反馈联合四肢联动训练能有效提高卒中后偏瘫患者康复训练效果,增强其运动功能和平衡能力,降低肌痉挛程度,并提高日常生活能力和生命质量。Objective:To observe effects of electromyography biofeedback combined with limb linkage training in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 112 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to September 2020 was performed.According to different rehabilitation treatments,they were divided into control group(n=56)and observation group(n=56).The control group was given limb linkage training,while the observation group was given the electromyography biofeedback on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical spasticity index(CSI)and the scores of the Berg balance scale(BBS),the Fugl-Meyer Scale(FMA),the modified Barthel index(MBI)and the general quality of life inventory(GQOLI-74)were compared between the two groups before and after the training.Results:After 3 months of rehabilitation training,the CSI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the BBS,FMA,MBI,and GQOLI-74 scores were all higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Electromyography biofeedback combined with limb linkage training can effectively improve the rehabilitation training effects of the patients with hemiplegia after stroke,improve their motor function and balance abilities,reduce the degrees of muscle spasm,and improve the abilities of daily living and quality of life.
