摘　　要：目的:观察苍附导痰汤治疗抗精神病药所致闭经患者的效果。方法:选取60例抗精神病药所致闭经患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均不改变原来服用的抗精神病药种类和剂量,观察组采用苍附导痰汤治疗,对照组采用安慰剂治疗,比较两组治疗前、治疗6周后、治疗12周后性激素[催乳素(PRL)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)]水平,治疗6周后、治疗12周后临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗6周后、治疗12周后PRL、FSH、LH和E2水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗6周后、治疗12周后治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苍附导痰汤治疗抗精神病药所致闭经患者效果显著,且安全性良好。Objective:To study effects of Cangfu Daotan decoction in treatment of patients with amenorrhea caused by antipsychotics.Methods:60 patients with amenorrhea caused by antipsychotics were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The type and dosage of original antipsychotic drugs of two groups were not changed.Besides,the observation group was treated with Cangfu Daotan decoction,while he control group was treated with placebo.The levels of sex hormones[prolactin(PRL),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)]before and 6 and12 weeks after the treatment,the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions 6 and 12 weeks after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:6 weeks and 12 weeks after the treatment,the levels of PRL,FSH,LH and E2 in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 weeks and 12 weeks after the treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Cangfu Daotan Decoction is effective in the treatment of the patients with amenorrhea caused by antipsychotics and has good safety.
