摘 要:为研究γ-聚谷氨酸配施水溶肥后对基质化学性质及番茄穴盘苗生长发育的影响,通过顶部喷施含γ-聚谷氨酸的水溶性肥料溶液(20-20-20),其中γ-聚谷氨酸设置0,2,6,10,14 mL·L^(-1)处理,水溶性肥料浓度为2 g·L^(-1),施用量为1 L·盘^(-1),分别测定基质理化指标及播种后29,36 d番茄幼苗生长发育参数。结果表明,随着γ-聚谷氨酸浓度的增加,基质电导率波动增加,其中6~14 mL·L^(-1)处理增幅(31.8%~48.4%)显著(P<0.05),pH值降低,其中6~14 mL·L^(-1)处理降幅(2.4%~3.2%)显著(P<0.05);番茄苗生长发育的变化因剂量不同而存在差异,其中γ-聚谷氨酸浓度6 mL·L^(-1)处理显著提高了29 d时的株高和茎叶干样质量、36 d时的根干样质量及2个时间处理的叶片叶绿素含量。综之,番茄穴盘苗顶部喷施γ-聚谷氨酸水溶肥溶液,能有效改善基质保水性和提高矿质养分供应能力,促进番茄穴盘苗的生长发育,其喷施浓度以6 mL·L^(-1)为宜。To research the effects ofγ-polyglutamic acid combined with water-soluble fertilizer on the chemical properties of matrix and the growth and development of tomato plug seedlings,the experiment was conducted through spraying water-soluble fertilizer solution(20-20-20)contained different concentrations ofγ-polyglutamic acid at the top of tomato seedlings.Fiveγ-polyglutamic acid concentrations were set,which included 0,2,6,10,14 mL·L-1,the concentration of water-soluble fertilizer was 2 g·L-1,and the application amount was 1 L·tray-1.The physical and chemical indexes of substrate,and growth and development parameters of tomato seedlings were measured at 29 and 36 days after sowing.The results showed that with the increase ofγ-polyglutamic acid concentration,the conductivity of substrate fluctuation increased,among which 6-14 mL·L-1 treatments significantly increased by 31.8%-48.4%(P<0.05),the pH value decreased,among which 6-14 mL·L-1 treatments significantly decreased by 31.8%-48.4%(P<0.05).The growth and development of tomato seedlings varied with differentγ-polyglutamic acid concentration,among which 6 mL·L-1γ-polyglutamic acid treatment significantly increased the plant height and leaf dry weight at 29 d,root dry weight at 36 d,and leaf chlorophyll content at both 29 d and 36 d.In summary,sprayingγ-polyglutamic acid water soluble fertilizer solution on the top of tomato plug seedlings could effectively improve the water retention and the supply capacity of mineral nutrients,promote the growth and development of tomato plug seedlings,which the optimum concentration was 6 mL·L-1.
