摘　　要：为满足昆明长水国际机场有轨电车运营要求,开展了有轨电车60R2槽型钢轨3号单开道岔研制工作。首先根据有轨电车机车轮对参数及道岔设计相关指标,完成了道岔平面线形及零部件结构设计、尖轨轮廓优化、尖轨扳动力和轮轨关系分析、动力学分析、产品试制铺设等工作;并按照相关标准要求进行有轨电车道岔产品检测,产品各项检测指标均满足设计要求。道岔经现场铺设验证,并已通车试运行;据现场反馈,道岔运行状态平稳,无不良反应,满足昆明长水国际机场使用要求。Development on No.3 simple turnout with 60R2 channel rails for tramcars is carried out for satisfying the operational requirements of Kunming Changshui International Airport tramcars.First,based on tram locomotive wheelset parameters and indicators related to turnout design,it is completed that design of turnout plane alignment and structures of parts,optimization of switch rail profile,analysis on switch force of switch rail and wheel-rail relationship,kinetic analysis,trial manufacturing and trial assembly of product and site laying and so on works.Then,the product is checked according to requirements of relevant standards.Each measurement indicator of the product meets the service requirement of the project.The turnout has been verified by site layout and passed the commissioning;feedback from the site,the operational state of the turnout is stable without adverse reaction,satisfying the service requirement of Kunming Changshui International Airport.
