摘　　要：在成都市实施乡村振兴战略和建设“世界现代田园城市”的时代背景下,探讨世界文化遗产青城山的野生蔬菜资源对于优化全市蔬菜供给侧结构的价值。基于民族植物学理论,通过文献研究、田野调查、分类学鉴定和品种编目,掌握青城山野生蔬菜的资源禀赋和开发利用现状及存在问题,并进一步结合政策研究和案例分析提出对策和建议。记录常见野生蔬菜58种,隶属于29科,其中14种原植物被《中国药典》收载,包括9类食用部位和9类食用方法;归纳了在资源保护、科学研究、品牌打造、企业培育等领域的现状和存在的问题;提出了整合多种要素的资源利用和产业发展对策;阐明了在优化成都市蔬菜供给侧结构和实现乡村振兴战略的价值及途径。In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of a“Global Modern Garden City”in Chengdu this research discusses the value of the wild vegetable resources of the world cultural heritage Mount Qingcheng in optimizing the city's vegetable supply structure.Based on ethnobotanical theory,through literature research,field surveys,taxonomic identification and species catalog,the resource endowment,development and utilization status and existing problems of Mount Qingcheng wild vegetables were elucidated,and countermeasures and suggestions were further proposed combined with policy research and case analysis.It records 58 wild vegetables belonging to 29 families,among which 14 species are included in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.There are 9 edible parts and 9 edible methods.The resource protection,scientific research,brand building,enterprise cultivation and existing problems were summarized.The countermeasures of resource utilization and industrial development integrating multiple elements are proposed.The value and ways of optimizing the vegetable supply structure and achieving the strategy of rural revitalization of Chengdu by wild vegetable resources development were clarified.
