摘 要:采用实验法及数据分析法,分析学校体教医三结合模式对青少年体质健康的促进作用.针对两组中学生分别实施为期1年的体教医三结合模式干预(观察组)和常规健康教育(对照组),对比两组干预前后健康素养相关知识掌握度及体质健康测试结果.观察组干预后的健康素养知识总体知晓率、基本健康知识与理念、基本健康技能、健康生活方式与行为知晓率均较干预前明显提升,并且均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时观察组干预后的BMI、握力指数、肺活量指数、立定跳远、台阶试验、男引体向上、女仰卧起坐、坐位体前屈、50m短跑、耐力跑测试成绩均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).研究结果表明,学校体教医三结合模式有助于提高青少年的健康素养,促进体质健康水平的提高.Using experimental method and data analysis method,the three-in-one model of school sports,physical education and medical treatment was used to analyze the promotion of adolescents’physical health.For two groups of middle school students,a one-year intervention of three-in-one model(observation group)and routine health education(control group)were implemented respectively to compare the mastery of health literacy-related knowledge and physical fitness test results before and after the intervention.The results showed that the overall awareness rate of health literacy knowledge,basic health knowledge and concepts,basic health skills,healthy lifestyle and behavior awareness rates of the observation group after the intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the observation group’s BMI,grip strength index,vital capacity index,standing long jump,step test,male pull-ups,female sit-ups,sitting forward bend,50m sprint,and endurance running test scores were significantly better than those of the control group after intervention.(P<0.05).The research results showed that the three-in-one model can help improve the health literacy of adolescents and promote the improvement of physical health.
