摘  要:目的了解安徽高校大一学生抑郁情绪状况及其相关因素,为高校对大学生抑郁情绪的早期筛查、早期发现、早期干预提供参考。方法采用自行设计的一般情况调查表、抑郁自评量表、大学生学习适应量表、人际关系综合诊断量表对安徽省7所高校959名大一学生进行调查。结果大一学生抑郁得分中位数P_(50)(P_(25)~P_(75))为48.75(41.25~56.25),其中男生为48.75(41.25~56.25),女生为48.75(41.25~55.00);62.4%的学生无抑郁,轻、中、重度抑郁者分别占27.5%、9.2%、0.9%。相关分析显示:学习适应与抑郁呈负相关(r_(s)=-0.542,P<0.001),人际关系与抑郁呈正相关(r_(s)=0.518,P<0.001)。结论 959名大一学生抑郁情绪状况多处于一般水平,与人际关系及学习适应水平存在显著相关。高校应关注大一学生心理健康状况,加强情绪引导与管理教育,促进其健康成长。ObjectiveTo under_(s)tand the depressive mood of freshmen and its related factor_(s) in colleges of Anhui Province, so as to provide references for early screening, early detection and early intervention of depressive mood in college students.MethodsA survey of 959 freshmen from 7 colleges in Anhui Province was conducted by using general information questionnaire, depression self-rating scale, college students’ learning adaptation scale, and comprehensive diagnostic scale for interper_(s)onal relationships.ResultsThe median P;(P;-P;) of score of freshman depression self-rating scale was48.75(41.25-56.25), and the depression score of the male was 48.75(41.25-56.25) and depression score of the female was48.75(41.25-55.00). Among all the freshmen researched, those without depression accounted for 62.4%, those with mild,moderate and severe depression accounted for 27.5%, 9.2% and 0.9%, respectively. Spearman correlation analysis showed that learning adaptation was negatively correlated with depression(r_(s) =-0.542, P < 0.001), while interper_(s)onal relationship was positively correlated with depression(r_(s)= 0.518, P < 0.001).ConclusionMost of the 959 freshmen’s depressive mood status is at a general level, which is significantly correlated with interper_(s)onal relationship and learning adaptation level.Colleges should pay attention to the mental health of freshmen, strengthen emotional guidance and management education,and promote their healthy growth.
