部分覆盖瓷贴面在修复上前牙切角缺损时的长期美学效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨修复上前牙切角缺损时采用部分覆盖瓷贴面的美学效果。方法 以中山市中医院2018年2月至2019年6月收治的82例上前牙切角缺损患者为研究对象并进行分组研究,82例患者分组方式按照患者实际修复方法分为观察以及对照两组,44例采用常规的树脂美容修复患者作为对照组,另外38例采用部分覆盖瓷贴面修复的患者作为观察组,比较两组患者修复成功率和患者满意度,并对其进行比较。结果 ①观察组患者6个月以及12个月修复成功率分别为100%和94.74%,对照组患者6个月以及12个月修复成功率分别为86.36%和77.27%,以上数据进行对比χ^(2)=5.529以及5.517,P=0.014以及0.013,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组患者修复后颜色匹配度、边缘适合度、术后敏感性、牙龈反应度以及修复完整度满意度均高于对照组患者,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 修复上前牙切角缺损时采用部分覆盖瓷贴面可将修复成功率提升,修复后具有一定的美观性,应用价值显著。Objective To explore aesthetic effect of partially covered porcelain veneer in repairing incisional angle defect of upper anterior teeth.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with incisional angle defect of upper anterior teeth in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019,and divided them into observation group and control group according to actual repair methods.44 cases in control group were treated with routine resin cosmetic repair,and 38 cases in observation group with partial coverage porcelain veneer repair.Success rate and satisfaction degree was compared between two groups.Results ①6-month and 12-month repair success rates in observation group were 100% and 94.74% respectively,and 6-month and 12-month repair success rates in control group were 86.36% and 77.27% respectively.Above data comparison showed,χ;=5.529 and 5.517,P=0.014 and 0.013,there was statistical significance between groups (P<0.05).②Color matching,edge fitness,postoperative sensitivity,gingival reactivity and satisfaction degree with restoration integrity in observation group was higher than control group.Data between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Partial coverage porcelain veneer can improve success rate of repair.with some certain aesthetics after repair,which has significant application value.
