摘 要:很多液压油缸在工作中,需要长时间精确定位和保压,常常要求机械锁紧。本文综合考虑了C型锁紧套、碟簧、配合间隙、碟簧的压缩量等因素,设计了一种锥面-碟簧式锁紧装置,分析了锁紧装置的工作原理,研究了锁紧力的计算方法。重点对C型钢套与活塞杆的最小过盈量进行了分析和计算,通过样机性能测试,试验结果与理论计算分析相互吻合。Many hydraulic cylinders need accurate positioning and pressure holding for a long time during operation,and often require mechanical locking.In this paper,comprehensively considering factors such as C-type locking sleeve,disc spring,fitting clearance,compression amount of disc spring,a cone-disc spring type locking device was designed,the working principle of the locking device was analyzed,and a method of calculating the locking force was studied,with focus placed on the analysis and calculation of the minimum interference between the C-shaped steel sleeve and the piston rod.The performance test of the prototype showed the test results were consistent with the theoretical calculation analysis.
