研制消肿止痛软膏对下颌阻生牙拔牙术后并发症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察消肿止痛膏对下颌阻生牙拔牙术后面部肿胀疼痛并发症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月广州中医药大学顺德医院口腔科收治的行下颌阻生牙拔除术患者204例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(102例)和观察组(102例)。两组患者均给予药膏外涂在下颌阻生牙拔除术后患者的面颊外及下颌角附近,术后1 d观察比较两组患者的张口度、记录VAS分数、手术部位肿胀程度。结果观察组患者的开口度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的疼痛度低于对照组(P<0.05),面部肿胀度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用消肿止痛膏可改善下颌阻生牙拔除术后肿胀疼痛并发症疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of swelling relief cream on facial swelling and pain complications after mandibular tooth extraction.Methods Two hundred and four patients with mandibular impacted tooth extraction admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Shunde Hospital,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2020,which were divided into control group(102 cases)and observation group(102 cases)according to the random digital table.Both groups were given ointment and applied to the cheek and near the mandibular angle after the postoperative day,the mouth opening,the VAS score and the swelling degree of the surgical site.Results The observed group patients had higher openings than the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observed group had lower pain than controls(P<0.05)and lower facial swelling than controls(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of swelling cream can improve the complications of swelling and pain,which is significant.
