摘　　要：目的探讨游离龈移植用于口腔种植修复角化龈增宽的疗效及患者满意度评价。方法选择2015年1月至2020年12月至我院行口腔种植修复治疗且角化龈宽度不足的患者94例,根据种植二期手术时的治疗方案差异分组,对照组以常规方式完成种植二期手术,研究组在种植二期手术同期行游离龈移植增宽角化龈治疗。对比两组疗效、患者满意度及种植体周围的相关指标。结果研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组角化龈宽度(KW)、种植体周围改良龈沟出血指数(mBI)、改良菌斑指数(mPI)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论游离龈移植可有效用于种植体周围角化龈增宽,促进种植体周围软组织健康,提升口腔种植修复的短期效果及患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of free gingival graft for widening peri-implant keratinized gingiva and evaluate patient satisfaction.Methods Ninety-four patients who underwent implant therapy with insuffient keratinized gingiva from January 2015 to December 2020 in our hospital were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the differences in treatment plan during the stage of secondary operation.The free gingival graft was applied to the study group during the second-stage surgery,while the control group received the surgery in a conventional way.The clinical effect,patient satisfaction and several relevant peri-implant indexes were recorded and compared.Results The study group had better clinical effect and patient satisfaction compared with the control(P<0.05).KW,mBI,and mPI of the study group were better than the control(P<0.05).Conclusion Free gingival graft can be effectively used to widen the peri-implant keratinized gingiva,promote the health of peri-implant soft tissue,and improve the short-term effect of implant restoration and patient satisfaction.
