摘 要:目的分析N1级护士在急性左心衰竭急救护理中采用心理护理联合情景模拟教学法的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月我院急诊内科工作时间不足3年的N1级护士90名为研究对象,依据入急诊内科先后顺序进行分组,分为试验组45名、对照组45名,分别实施传统教学法、心理护理联合情景模拟教学法。比较干预前后N1级护士焦虑评分测评、理论知识与技能操作考核的组间差异,并对试验组N1级护士实施满意度调查。结果干预后,试验组与对照组HAMA量表评分均较干预前下降,理论知识、技能操作得分均较干预前升高(P<0.05),且试验组上述指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。在试验组中,N1级护士在满意度调查中无1例反对,同意心理护理联合情景模拟教学法模式的护士占93.33%(42/45)以上。结论心理护理联合情景模拟教学法可以提高N1级护士在急性左心衰竭患者急救护理中的急救技能。Objective To analyze the role of N1 nurses in the emergency care of patients with acute left heart failure using psychological nursing combined with scenario simulation teaching.Methods Ninety N1 nurses who worked less than 3 years in the emergency department of our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to the order of entering the emergency department and divided into 45 cases in the experimental group and 45 cases in the control group.Respectively implement the traditional teaching method and the combined situational simulation teaching method of psychological nursing.The differences in N1 level nurses’anxiety score assessment,theoretical knowledge and skill operation assessment before and after the intervention were compared,and the satisfaction survey of N1 level nurses in the experimental group was carried out.Results After the intervention,the experimental group and the control group HAMA scale scores were lower than before the intervention,the scores of knowledge and skill manipulation were higher than before the intervention(P<0.05),and the above indicators of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,N1 nurses had no objection in the satisfaction survey,and more than 93.33%(42/45)nurses agreed with the psychological nursing combined situational simulation teaching method.Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with situational simulation teaching method can improve the first aid skills of N1 nurses in emergency care of patients with acute left heart failure.
