摘  要:为解决悬臂式掘进机作业时的摆尾现象,提出了一种新型的侧支承结构,并对引起摆尾的掘进机最大扭矩进行了理论计算,分析了安装新侧支承结构的整机受力情况以确定关键件尺寸,并以Creo建模并在ANSYS Workbench中校核结构的强度使结构满足使用要求,该侧支承为解决摆尾现象提供了一种新方案,为悬臂式掘进机的设计提供了一种新的思路。In order to solve the tail swing phenomenon of cantilever roadheader during operation,a new side support structure was proposed,the maximum torque of roadheader causing tail swing was theoretically calculated,the stress of the whole machine installed with the new side support structure was analyzed to determine the size of key parts,and the strength of the structure was modeled Creo and verified in ANSYS Workbench to make the structure meet the use requirements.The side support provided a new scheme to solve the tail swing phenomenon and a new idea for the design of cantilever roadheader.
