康复特色病房标识卡在脑卒中患者管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究脑卒中患者管理中使用康复特色病房标识卡的效果。方法选取赣南医学院第一附属医院神经内科护士35名、同期患者共80例(实施前40例、实施后40例),对比在采用脑卒中康复特色病房标识卡前(2017年6月29日—2018年6月30日)后(2018年7月1日—2019年6月30日)护士对康复护理问题的认知情况、护理问题的处置能力、标识卡使用情况、工作满意度情况、护理工作实施情况,患者康复特色病房标识卡知晓情况、护理满意度情况。结果康复特色病房标识卡使用后1年,护士标识卡认知达标率、护理问题合格率、标识卡使用正确率、工作满意度、工作实施率显著高于实施后半年及实施前,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。康复特色病房标识卡使用后1年,40例脑卒中患者护理满意度、护理知晓率明显高于使用前,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者管理中使用康复特色病房标识卡的效果理想,可有效提高治疗满意度、康复护理知晓率,还可以提升护士对标识卡相关知识认知水平与使用能力,推动护理质量提升,使得医患关系更融洽,值得进一步推广。Objective To study the effect of using identification cards of rehabilitation wards in the management of stroke patients.Methods A total of 35 neurology nurses in our hospital and a total of 80 patients in the same period(40 cases before implementation and 40 cases after implementation)were selected as the main body of the research.A retrospective analysis of nurses before adopting the identification card of stroke rehabilitation ward(June 29,2017)~June30,2018)(July 1,2018~June 30,2019)within one year,nurses’awareness of rehabilitation nursing problems,ability to deal with nursing problems,use of identification cards,and job satisfaction Degree status,implementation status of nursing work,awareness status of identification cards of patients’rehabilitation wards,and status of nursing satisfaction.Results One year after the use of the identification card in the rehabilitation ward,the rate of nurse identification card recognition compliance,nursing problem qualification rate,correct use of the identification card,job satisfaction,and job implementation rate were significantly higher than before the use of the identification card in the rehabilitation ward,which was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).One year after the use of the identification card in the rehabilitation ward,40 stroke patients’nursing satisfaction and nursing awareness rate were significantly higher than before the use of the identification card in the rehabilitation ward,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of stroke patients,the use of identification cards for rehabilitation special wards has an ideal effect,which can effectively improve treatment satisfaction and the awareness rate of rehabilitation nursing,and can also improve nurses’awareness of identification cards and their ability to use the identification cards,and promote the nurses’relevance to stroke patients.The high quality of nursing work has made the doctor-patient relationship more harmonious,which is worthy of further promo
