摘　　要：2020年,中央提出了经济双循环的新发展格局。在新冠疫情、国际竞争的双重影响下,中小企业只有积极应对,提升管理能力,才能获得良好发展。论文主要从管理意识、管理制度、人力资源、技术创新4个方面分析中小企业管理的现状,提出强化管理意识、建设管理制度等改进对策,以期促进中小企业持续健康发展。In 2020,the Party Central Committee put forward a new development pattern of dual economic circulation.Under the dual influence of COVID-19 and international competition,small and medium-sized enterprises can achieve good development only by actively coping with and improving management capability.This paper mainly analyzes the management status of small and medium-sized enterprises from four aspects:management consciousness,management system,human resources and technology innovation,and puts forward some improvement countermeasures,such as strengthening management consciousness and constructing management system,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
